Terms and Conditions

Booking fee

A deposit of £75 will be required at the time of booking. This will be credited against the final balance. The balance will need to be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the wedding day. This can be paid by cheque (with a guarantee card), building society cheque/cash or by transfer into our bank account, details of which will be provided. Cheques need to be made payable to Miss Fiona Johnson.

Your booking is not secured until a deposit is received and booking confirmation is sent to you.

Cancellations

Termination of any booking must be given in writing to FJ Wedding Cars.

Should cancellation be received less than 12 weeks prior to the wedding day the Client will pay a sum equal to 50% of the outstanding balance.

Prices

The price quoted at the time of booking will be final.

Force Majeure

The contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by FJ Wedding Cars owing to any cause beyond our control. In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown or accident (where possible we may substitute a different car) or cancellation of the contract by FJ Wedding Cars, liability shall be limited to a full and complete refund of all monies paid.

Display

Photographs of your wedding car may be used for display and promotional purposes.

Smoking

We have a strict no smoking policy in all of our cars.

Liability

Every effort will be made to get you to your destination on time, but we are not liable for any loss due to delays caused by traffic jams, road works, road closures, diversions, extreme weather conditions, mechanical breakdown or third party collisions.
